OSAGE BEACH, Mo.— Rita Jo Dew, nee Keil, age 66 of Osage Beach, Mo., passed away on June 30, 2022. She is the daughter of Leon and Alice Keil, nee Schaeffer, born on June 25, 1956.
Rita was a very successful medical billing saleswoman. She recently retired from a career she loved. Rita attended The Resolve Church in Osage Beach. She was a very prayerful person and loved the Lord. She was lovely, outgoing and a best friend to many. Her laughter will always be a cherished memory. Rita and David were not the perfect couple, but almost. They did everything together and their love and compassion for each other will live on. Rita would look at David with starstruck eyes and say, I just love...love.
Rita was preceded in death by her father, Leon Edwin Keil and nephew Robert Keil, also, grandparents Edwin and Mollie Keil, and Henry and Freda Schaeffer, all of Hoisington, Kan. She is survived by her beloved husband, David C. Dew of Osage Beach, Mo.; her dear mother, Alice M. Keil, nee Schaeffer, of Independence, Mo.; her sister, Karen (Rob) Sturges of Blue Springs, Mo., and their daughter, Robin Sturges of Kansas City, Mo.; her brother, George (Catherine) Keil of Blue Springs, Mo., and their daughter, Mollie Keil of Kansas City, Mo. Also left to mourn her passing is her sister-in-law Sally Wondolowski (Michael) of Shiloh, Ill., and their family, Amy (Tim) Neff and sons Braden and Ryder of Waterloo, Ill., and Justin (fiancé Kass) Wondolowski and daughters Sophia and Ava of Belleville, Ill. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. Rita also leaves behind her sweet kitty, Hobie.
