LINDSAY, Okla. — Robert Leo "Bob" McGlinn, 75, of Lindsay, Okla., died Oct. 16 in Tulsa, Okla. He was born Aug. 14, 1935, in Chase, to Leo Robert and Frances Helena (Kiley) McGlinn. On Nov. 8, 1957, he married Verna Steinle in Chase. A resident of Lindsay, Okla., for more than 20 years, he was a senior production supervisor with BP Oil Company, retiring 17 years ago.

Mr. McGlinn served in the National Guard in the 1960s.

Bob is survived by three children, Brenda Holt and husband Tim and Leo McGlinn and wife Teresa, all of Broken Arrow, Okla., and Dale McGlinn and wife Shelly of Lawton, Okla.; four grandchildren, Tim Holt, Jr. and wife Stephanie, DeAndra Roberts and husband Tommy, Amanda McGlinn and Robert McGlinn; a brother, Tom McGlinn and wife JoAnn of Great Bend; and a sister, Norma Van Horn and husband Lionel of El Dorado. Robert was preceded in death by his wife Verna on Jan. 3, his parents and a sister.

A rosary was held at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, at Christian-Gavlik Funeral Home in Broken Arrow, Okla. Funeral Mass will be at 1 p.m. today at St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church in Tulsa, Okla. 74008.
