GREAT BEND — Sheryl Dean Gray, 68, died July 21, 2015 at her home surrounded by loved ones in Great Bend.
She was born June 24, 1947 at Great Bend, the daughter of Jean E. and Bonnie V. (Jones) Gray.
She was a scale house operator for Venture Corporation. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Great Bend. She enjoyed genealogy, making jewelry, and gardening.
Survivors include two daughters, Shelly Mallow, Great Bend; and Denice Seely, Maize; four grandchildren, Ashley Mallow, Garret Mallow, Faith Seely and Briley Seely; two sisters, Marta Taylor, Inman; and her sons, Jon and Grayson, and LaVerne Gray, Hutchinson; and her children, T.J., Cheri Ann, Robert, Michael, and James.
A memorial service is scheduled at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church in Great Bend with The Reverend Lennie Maxwell officiating. Inurnment will be at Resurrection Cemetery, Wichita, at a later date.
No visitation is scheduled as cremation has taken place. Memorial funds are suggested to the Sheryl Gray Funeral Expense Fund, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
