ELLINWOOD — Vickie Lynn Fisher, 55, passed away Jan. 7, 2016 at Via Christi-St. Francis Hospital, Wichita.She was born July 17, 1960 in Stafford, the daughter of Dean Delp and Twila Hathaway. The lifetime area resident enjoyed gardening, canning, volunteering, fishing and camping. She loved spending time with her grandkids.She married Steve Wissman, in St. John, they divorced.
