William J. Burke, 84, died July 31 at Via Christi St. Francis Regional Medical Center, Wichita. He was born Oct. 18, 1929 at Spearville, the son of William Chauncey and Julia M. (Hayden) Burke.
Survivors include one brother: Claude Burke, Denver, Colo.; and two sisters: Rosemary Sanko, Great Bend, Kan., and Julie Stolz, St. George, Utah
Memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday at St. Patrick Catholic Church with Father Ted Stoecklein as celebrant. Inurnment will be in Great Bend Cemetery.
