Dear Editor,
Admittedly, I’m a “people watcher,” and I would like to commend the people of Great Bend for being so gracious and courteous. Chivalry is definitely not dead in good ole GB. As I witness the fact that men, as well as women, take the time to greet other citizens, and “hold the door” for others, reminds me that we haven’t become too “busy” that we have forgotten our common courtesies. It’s very pleasing to be part of a community that respects the personal space of others. Keep up the great work Great Benders, it helps to make Great Bend even greater.
