AUGUSTA — Great Bend Bat Cat Andrugh Yee drove home four runs in a 11-4 victory over the Kansas Cannons in Wednesday's Jayhawk Collegiate League baseball game. Great Bend led 9-0 after two at-bats.

Bat Cats starter Mason Murphy struck out even batters in six innings. Relievers Vince Iseman and Carter Cushing combined for five strikeouts.

The Bat Cats (3-0, 2-0) play at the Derby Twins (2-1, 2-1) Thursday.

T.J. Shaw and Cesar Chavira scored on Yee's first-inning single. Decarlo Delancy scored on a Jaxon Bunkers groundout.

Kessler scored on a bases-loaded walk to start a 6-run second. Yee's double scored Shaw and Chavira. Delancy scored on Peanut Brazzle's groundout. Yee scored on Bunkers' home run for a 9-0 lead.

Cannon Talan Barraza scored on a groundout and Colton Petersmith scored on a second-inning error. Z Makarewich scored on a sixth-inning groundout,

Bat Cat Brazzle scored on a seventh-inning passed ball. Bunkers' scored on Chase Kessler single for an 11-3 lead.

Zach Makerewich homered for the final Kansas Cannon run.
