Along with meeting the different teams, fans will be treated to volleyball action inside Kirkman Activity Center as part of the Barton Invitational, which begins Friday and ends Saturday.
There will also be a dedication ceremony for the new soccer/track complex at noon.

At the tennis courts, from 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., the tennis and golf teams will be available. During the events, the golf team will be running the concession stand inside Kirkman, with proceeds helping the team.
The Cougars Booster Club will be running the concession stand at the soccer/track complex.
At 12:15 p.m. after the dedication ceremony, the women’s soccer team will square off against Cisco (Texas).
At 1 p.m., the track and cross country teams will hold activities and sign autographs at the track area.
The men’s and women’s soccer teams will conclude the event with autographs and kids games from 2 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Barton has two more matches on Saturday — its 11 a.m. appointment with Clarendon and a 5 p.m. match against Butler, which concludes the invitational.

Men’s soccer gets early
run at new field

While the dedication for the new soccer/track complex isn’t until Saturday, that hasn’t stopped BCC from using it.
Last spring, the Cougars used the complex to host a track and field meet.
On Friday, the men’s soccer team will be hosting the Kansas Wesleyan junior varsity team at 5 p.m.
