GARDEN CITY – Garden City’s Marcayla Mcgregor scored two goals to spark the Buffaloes past Great Bend’s girls soccer team Thursday. Great Bend (0-4, 0-2 WAC) returns home Monday against Dodge City.

Garden City (3-3, 1-1 WAC) scored two goals in the first half as Mcgregor (32:40) and (36:19) scored twice.

Adding second-half goals were Ariel Martinez (42:48); Ivanee Medrano (60:44) from 25 yards and Wendy Ramirez (73:53).

The Buffs finished with 21 shots and Great Bend goalie Cassandra Enriquez collected 13 saves.
