Central Kansas Rampage competes at nationals

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Central Kansas Rampage 14 volleyball team finished 3-6 at the USAV Girls Junior National Volleyball Championship. 

The Central Kansas Rampage won three matches in the 64-team American Division. The Central Kansas Rampage defeated the Navy Lions, 25-14, 25-12; TK Glow (Roswell, Ga.) 25-23, 25-23; and Alamo (San Antonio, Texas) 26-24, 25-21.

The Rampage a pair of 3-set matches. The Central Kansas Rampage lost matches to pool champion Upontop (Port Lucie, Fla.) 25-13, 25-13; Missouri Valley (Mo.) 26-24, 17-25, 15-13; Arizona Epic (Goodyear, Ariz.) 26-24, 25-17; Dartfrog (Bakersfield, Calif.) 25-21, 25-23; Coast 14 (San Diego, Calif.) 21-25, 25-21, 15-13; and Northeast, Neb. 25-29, 25-13. 

Crystal Schroeder was head coach for the Central Kansas Rampage.
