Great Bend boys earn home substate game

Great Bend's three-game winning streak earned a 5A substate home basketball game against Goddard Tuesday, Feb. 26. Great Bend (8-12) defeated Hays-Thomas More Prep, Dodge City and Liberal.

If No. 15 seeded Great Bend wins, the Panthers will play No. 2 ranked Andover Central.

The No. 18 seeded Great Bend girls (1-19) travel to Salina South (6-13) Monday for a play-in game. If the Panthers win, they'll play at Goddard (18-a).
