Panthers compete at McPherson

MCPHERSON – Great Bend’s Joe Linenberger (93) placed 30th to lead the Panther golfers (403) to eighth place at Thursday’s McPherson Tournament at Turkey Creek Golf Course. Other Panther players who counted their scores were Ethan Somers (95), Nash Lindberg (103) and Blake Parsons (112).

Hutchinson High’s Ty Adkins shot 1-under-par 69 to capture medalist honors. Derby (302) won the team title.

Hoisington's Nolan Jacobs (87) placed fourth and Logan Cossell (89) tied for fifth place.
