St. John 50, Ellinwood 11

ST. JOHN — Morgan Osborne led the St. John High School girls’ basketball team with 17 points in a rout of Ellinwood on Tuesday.
The Lady Tigers, who are ranked No. 1 in Class 1A Division-I in the latest Kansas Basketball Coaches Association poll, received nine points from Haley Falk and Teresa Wade.
Ellinwood was led by Darri Beckwith, who scored five points.

KINSLEY — Otis-Bison couldn’t keep up with Kinsley’s Alisen Habiger, who scored seven of her game-high 17 points in the first quarter.
Kinsley took a 14-6 lead after the first eight-minute period, and the Lady Cougars didn’t recover.
Otis-Bison (3-6) was led by Hannah Bannister, who finished with nine points. Janel Tammen added eight points.

Central Plains 38, Wilson 36
WILSON — The Central Plains girls narrowly escaped rallying Wilson, which scored 22 of its 36 points in the second half.
The Lady Oilers (6-2) were led by Sydney Rugan, who scored a game-high 14 points. Jennifer Hitschmann added eight points, and Janae Hekele and Katie Hipp each contributed seven.
Karli Seinle led Wilson with 13 points. Shania Steinike added 10 points.

Cimarron 49, Larned 38
LARNED — Larned led 32-25 going into halftime, but Cimarron held the Lady Indians to six points in the final 16 minutes to win.
Cimarron was led by Avery Burns, who scored 17 points. Lindsay Wehkamp added 16 points.
The Lady Indians (2-5) were led by Maci Perez, who finished with eight points. Tiara Diaz and Jodie Skelton added seven points.

Fairfield 55, Stafford 22
STAFFORD — Fairfield jumped ahead 14-2 after the first quarter and kept Stafford from gaining any ground for the rest of the game.
Fairfield was led by Brandy Burns, who scored 18 points, including four 3-pointers.
The Lady Trojans (0-5) were led by Adriane Millershaski, who finished with eight points.
