CPHS teams win titles at Lincoln

LINCOLN — The Amos Morris/George Stephens Classic proved fruitful for both of Central Plains High School’s basketball teams.
The Lady Oilers won the classic title on Saturday, beating Ell-Saline 58-48 to improve to 4-0 on the young season.
The Oilers routed Ell-Saline in their title matchup, winning 50-13.
The Central Plains boys are also 4-0.
