MANHATTAN — Great Bend High School’s boys’ freshman basketball team beat Manhattan 63-62 in overtime on Tuesday night on an NBA-range 3-pointer by Trent Uselton.
The Panthers rallied in the fourth quarter, outscoring Manhattan 17-13, but the Indians sent the game into overtime after a few missed GBHS free throws and an MHS 3-pointer at the buzzer to tie the game at 55.
Great Bend (2-0) was led by Jayce Brack with 24 points. Uselton finished with 10.
