The Great Bend High School Lady Panthers, who have been idle since beating Larned in non-conference action on Jan. 18, will be back in action on Thursday, Friday and Saturday in the Glacier’s Edge Girls Basketball Tournament in Emporia.
Great Bend (4-6) is the fifth seed in the eight-team tournament, and will play fourth-seeded Topeka High (5-4) on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at Emporia High. The Lady Panthers will be the visiting team in the opener.
