Larned splits twinbill at Lakin

LAKIN — The Larned High School baseball team split a doubleheader on the road against Lakin on Thursday night.
The Tribe won Game 1, 13-2, but fell 9-4 in Game 2.
Trey Kraisinger took the mound in Game 1 for the Indians. He went all six innings, giving up five hits and no earned runs. He had four strikeouts.
Isiah Perez and Camryn Bryant each had three RBIs.
Landon Erway and Tyler Stelter each drove in two runs, and Evan Skelton and Brayden Smith each had one RBI.
Bryant went 5.1 innings in the second game for Larned.
He allowed seven hits and eight earned runs. He walked four and struck out eight batters.
Bryant had two RBIs with a double.
Stelter and Johnathon Herter each had one RBI.
