CLAFLIN — The No. 1 ranked Class 2A Central Plains defeated Concordia 61-47 in a non-league basketball game Saturday.
Central Plains (15-0) was led by Michael Ryan with 28 points and Jacob Warnken with 15 points and Devin Ryan with 12 points. Concordia’s Cooper Holmes scored 25 points. The Oilers play at Plainville Tuesday.

CLAFLIN — The No. 1 ranked Class 2A Central Plains girls rolled past Concordia 56-28 in a non-league basketball game Saturday.
The Oilers (15-0) were paced by Reagan Phelan with 19 points and Cassidy Crites (12) and Kylee kasselman (10) scored in double figures. The Oilers led 34-15 at halftime.
