Panther Champions The Great Bend Panther ninth-grade volleyball team (13-0) captured Saturdays Hutchinson Invitational. The Panthers defeated Kapaun-Mt. Carmel, Hutchinson, Arkansas City, and Buhler before defeating Salina Central in the championship match. Team members are Cailyn Brack (33), Emma Wasinger (26), Zoe Jerke (14), Halle Latham (41), Candice Smith (22), Rachel Panzer (18), Taylor Wells (15), Lexi Deines (25), and ninth-grade coach Natalie DeForest.
