Quicksilver 12U wins ASA World Series The Great Bend Quicksilver 12-and-under fastpitch softball team traveled to Independence, Missouri, last weekend to play in the ASA VIP Heartland World Series and placed first in their division. There were 28 teams in the division from Kansas and Missouri. Overall there were 132 teams and 514 games played overall. Quicksilver was 30-8 this season.
