OVERLAND PARK — Adams, Brown, Beran & Ball, Chartered (ABBB) announced its upcoming merger with the accounting firm of Barrett, Herman, Ragland, Schartz, P.A. (BHRS), effective July 10.

Barrett, Herman, Ragland & Schartz, P.A., formerly Barrett & Associates, was formed in 1982. The firm provides businesses and individuals with high quality, affordable accounting services and business consulting services.
The merged practices will retain the name Adams, Brown, Beran & Ball, Chartered and will be located in the current BHRS facility at 10990 Quivira Road, Suite 160, in Overland Park. The BHRS employees will join the ABBB team.
