For the sixth time, Office Products Inc. (OPI) has earned the Canon Outstanding Partner Award “for demonstrating a commitment to bring Canon’s innovation and design to our customers,” said Kenny Vink, OPI co-owner.

The award applies to all Canon products sold at the local, family-owned business.

“The bulk of these sales are in the imageRUNNER ADVANCE line,” Vink said. “We also deal in a line of imageCLASS desktop printers and all-in-one copiers.”

Other areas of sales that contributed to this award are the imagePROGRAF wide-format poster printers and the imagePRESS high-detail production multi-function printers.

“Throughout all of these lines, this award also highlights our investment in parts and supplies,” Vink noted. “This is how we are able to quickly service and maintain the copiers and printers for our customers.”

OPI chooses to provide Canon products because they represent “the top brand for copiers and printers,” Vink explained. “We have had a relationship with them for more than 35 years because Canon works hard to bring innovations to their product lines.

“Every year, you will find Canon at the top of the list of companies being awarded patents in the United States.”

Terry Vink, OPI co-owner, said the staff deserves a lot of the credit for this recent recognition from Canon.

“They are diligent about providing businesses what they need to make the work day run smoothly,” Terry commented. “They ensure we can maintain and repair copiers and printers, while learning about new techniques and features. The staff also helps find ways to make the machines work more efficiently.

“Because of this commitment, our clientele trusts us with these copiers and printers that are a vital part of their business,” Terry added. “These machines are a big part of what makes the office run efficiently. Customers know we are right here to service their Canon products quickly.”

Joey Bahr, OPI technology sales manager, voiced his appreciation to Canon for the award.

“All of us want to thank Canon for recognizing the work we do to serve our customers,” Bahr said. “It would be difficult to achieve something like this without the outstanding products and support that Canon provides.”

OPI also earned this Canon award in 2002, 2004, 2010, 2012 and 2016.

OPI is located at 1204 Main in Great Bend; 516 Broadway in Larned; 724 N. Main in Russell; and 2001 Vine in Hays.
