Eugene and Darlene Bugner of Great Bend will celebrate their 60th anniversary on April 24, with a family brunch in Wichita.
Darlene Davignon and Eugene (Gene) Bugner were united in marriage on April 21, 1956, in Wichita. Gene was employed with RCA Victor and Whirlpool Corporation for 33 years, retiring in 1990. The couple have five children, Cindy Niederee and husband Dr. David Niederee, of Derby; Brad Bugner and wife Tammie, of Wichita, Julie Smith and husband Mark of Pawnee Rock, Curt Bugner and wife Nita Bugner, of Wichita and Jill Chambers of Great Bend; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
