Jerome and DeeDee Elsen will celebrate their 50th anniversary on at 7 p.m. on Aug. 11 with a dance at Camp Aldrich hosted by their children. Friends and family are invited to attend. The couple requests no gifts.
Jerome and DeeDee Elsen were united in marriage on Sept. 15, 1962, in Willowdale. The couple has five children, Jim Elsen of Ellinwood, Kim Rockhold, Tammy Anspaugh and Jill Lane, all of Great Bend, and Shelly Hensley of Ellis; 12 grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren with another on the way.
