Marvin and Bernice Kaiser, of Hays, will celebrate their 50th anniversary on Jan. 1 with a family dinner followed by an Open House from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at St. Nicholas of Myra Parish Hall, 2901 E. 13th Street in Hays, The couple requests no gifts.
Marvin and Bernice were married on Dec. 30, 1961 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Odin. The couple has two children, Paula Beck and husband Andy, of Hays, and Brian Kaiser and wife Lynne, of Wichita; and three grandchildren, Shawn Kaiser of Baton Rouge, La., Jenna Kaiser and Brandon Beck, both of Lawrence.
