Roy and Carla VonFeldt of Great Bend will celebrate their 50th anniversary on Nov. 13 with a card shower.
The VonFeldt’s were united in marriage on Nov. 13, 1961 at St. Pat’s Chapel in Great Bend. Roy retired from Barton County Road and Bridge Department in 1999. Carla has been a hairdresser since 1968 and works at Hair Affair.
The couple has two sons: Randy and wife Rhonda and Brad and wife Michelle; three grandsons, Jason, Jared and wife Shari, and Dalton VonFeldt; step-granddaughter Patricia and husband Junior Flores; two step-grandsons, Patrick and Payten Levingston; and two step-greatgrandchildren, Alex and Gabby Flores. They will welcome their first greatgrandchild in November.
