Edward Hearn will celebrate his 80th birthday with a family dinner hosted by his family in Emporia. He was born on May 25, 1931 in Kingman. He graduated from Kingman High School in 1949 and served in the United States Navy from 1950 to 1954. In 1955, he married Wilhelmia Roedel in Sherman Oaks, Calif. He was the owner and operator of Hearn’s Tree Service. He has four children, John Hearn of El Dorado, Jeanette Bowen of Ridgeway S.C., Judy Schick of Lebo and James of LaCrosse; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren
