Juanita (Paden) Alpers will celebrate her 80th birthday on July 28 with a card shower. Juanita married Marion Alpers on Feb. 10, 1952. They live in Hudson where she served as a school secretary and still is a homemaker and farmer’s wife. She has two children, Kevin Alpers and wife Barbara, and Janell Foote and husband Reuel, all of Hudson; five grandchildren, Josh Foote (Angie), Tyler Alpers (Leah), Tabra Ward (Shawn), Derek Foote (Emilee), and Taci Alpers; and six great-grandchildren, Elijah and Kaden Foote, Braxton and Easton Alpers,
Kalla Foote, and Ryer Ward.
