Cecil Cheney will celebrate his 90th birthday with a come-and-go celebration from 1-3 p.m. on Sept. 1, 2019, at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall, 1109 North Vine St. in Hoisington. Friends and family are invited to attend.

The event will be hosted by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-granddaughter.
