Crosby the Farm Dog and the Rainy Harvest Day, by Kendal and Caelan Peterson

Crosby the Farm Dog has a big day of farming planned with his family. He greets Grandpa and Leah before taking in all the different smells the farm has to offer. Crosby and Leah get to ride in a combine with Grandpa until a storm pops up and ruins the fun. Leah is sad that her sunny day is ruined but after the rain ends Grandpa invites her outside to jump in the puddles. Leah and Crosby learn a lesson in making the most of what they’ve been given and looking for the good in every situation. Leah decides that “this is the best day ever” after all.
