Great Bend City Slickers held their monthly meeting on Dec. 19, at the First Presbyterian Church. Members went Christmas caroling at Cherry Village. They returned to the church for a chili supper and club meeting. During the month of December the club brought Christmas gifts to the nuns, with some members providing them with table favors, and Poinsettia plants to the Senior Center. On December 14, the club rang bells at Walgreens and Walmart for the Salvation Army.
