Darleen Demel celebrated her 80th birthday on March 19, 2021. A family celebration has been planned.

Darleen was born in Syracuse to Velma and Lloyd Graves. In May she will have been married to her husband, Tom Demel, for 60 years. Darleen has three children, Janet Jonas, Hoisington, Tammy Burke, Wylie Texas and Tom Demel, Wichita; four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.
