Myron and Catherine Huber

Myron and Catherine Huber, Great Bend, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on July 7, 2023.

Myron Huber and Catherine Stanhope were married July 7, 1973, at All Saints Catholic Church in Wichita. The lived in Hutchinson and Plains before settling in rural Ingalls, where they raised their three children, Carrie (David) Feist, Doug (Karina) Huber, and Sarah (Ty) Hoar. In 2012, Myron retired after farming for 35 years for Irsik Family Partnership and they moved to Great Bend, where Catherine finished her nursing career, retiring in 2018.

The couple has five grandchildren, Brody and Darcy Feist, Colton and Adelyn Hoar, and Kayci Huber.
