Artwork wanted for Weirdy Mail exhibit at Grassroots Art Center in Lucas
gbtribune news

The Grassroots Art Center in Lucas specializes in the unique and unusual. An exhibit planned in April – “Weirdy Mail” - is no exception, and anyone of any age is invited to participate.
Weirdy Mail is an original creation of art mailed “naked”, meaning not in a box or envelope. There are clubs which send these art pieces all over the world.
For this exhibit, the artwork should be sent by mail with a return name and address on it, and then clearly addressed and mailed to: Grassroots Art Center, 213 S. Main St., Lucas, KS 67648.
Some very unique items have already been received but more is welcomed. Hopefully, the exhibit will be a collection of all types of unusual items received through the mail.
Deadline for submission is April 2nd. Art work will not be returned unless you include postage or make other arrangements.
The exhibit of all entries will be on display at the Grassroots Art Center in Lucas from April 7th through April 23rd.
For more information call the Grassroots Art Center at 785-525-6118.
