In theaters: 'Inside Out'

Catholic News Services John Mulderig praised Pixars latest film, calling it a hat trick scoring for parents, youngsters and, quite likely, theater operators. Mulderig continued by stating, While the tiniest film fans might be put off by the peril in which its characters occasionally find themselves, the splendid comedy Inside Out offers all others outstanding entertainment founded on strong values, citing a resilient marriage and sacrificial love as being among the strong values portrayed. Netflix: 'Curious George'

The monkey who had captivated children with his curiosity in decades of picture books made its way to the big screen in 2006. Parent Previews refers to the film as a charming childrens film, adding that it is likely to get children interested in reading the source materials. Ok.com recommends the film for viewers ages 3 and older.

Amazon Prime: 'Groundhog Day'

According to Common Sense Media, this 1993 film tells of a selfish weatherman who must repeatedly live the same day until he learns the value of caring about others. The website says the film is on the whole a lighthearted comedy, but warns that it contains themes of suicide and depression. Ok.com recommends the film for viewers ages 10 and older.

iTunes: 'Saving Mr. Banks'

USA Todays Claudia Puig said while the film may not be a completely accurate biopic, the film is an entertaining, affecting, deftly acted saga that serves as a gentle meditation on the responsibilities of parenthood. The film is rated PG-13 for thematic elements, including some unsettling images. Ok.com recommends the film for viewers ages 12 and older.

Redbox: '23 Blast'

The films 23 Blast recounts the story of a high school football star who is left blind by an infection. MovieGuide.org calls it an extremely entertaining and inspiring film and praises its portrayal of a main character who holds onto his faith and finds strength in God to overcome impossible obstacles. Ok.com recommends the film for viewers ages 10 and older.
