Amazon Instant: 'Penguins of Madagascar'

Movieguide.org calls Penguins of Madagascar a hilarious, animated feature with lots of heart, stating, It stresses the idea of doing the right thing almost constantly. In fact, an act of sacrificial love is what defeats the envious villain and his dastardly plan of revenge. Penguins explicitly teaches its not how you look, but what you do that counts. ... Redbox: 'Muppets Most Wanted'

The Dove Foundation says the film is highly imaginative and destined to become a classic Muppet movie, stating that the film keeps both adults and children laughing. The website gave the film its Family-Approved seal for all ages. The film is rated PG for some mild action. Ok.com recommends the film for viewers ages 3 and older.

Netflix: 'Finding Neverland'

Movieguide.org refers to the film, which portrays the life of playwright J.M. Barrie during the process of writing Peter Pan, as uplifting, stating that the story is filled with positive moral attitudes that encourage a hopeful outlook in place of depression and defeat. Ok.com recommends the film for viewers ages 8 and older.

Amazon Prime: 'Jumanji'

Robin Williams stars as a man who is released by two children after years of being trapped in a magical but dangerous board game. Common Sense Media says that while the film contains lots of thrills, the monstrous jungle predators and other enchanted creatures may be too intense for some kids. Ok.com recommends the film for viewers ages 8 and older.

Netflix: 'Pocahontas'

Common Sense Media indicates that there are likely to be many viewers who enjoy the dreamy, music-laden love story, but the website also warns parents that the film contains violence and historical inaccuracy that might confuse some viewers. The film is rated G. Ok.com recommends the film for viewers ages 7 and older.
