Amanda Sue Wilson and Christopher David Wyatt were united in marriage on July 31 at Grace Community Church in a double ring ceremony officiated by Pastor Bruce Boehmer. Parents of the bride are Jeff and Lisa Davis of Great Bend, the late Michael Wilson, and the late Jimmy Jenkins. Parents of the groom are Tim and Claudia Wyatt of Albert. The bride was given in marriage by her stepfather, Jeff.
Matron of Honor was Nicole Ball. Bridesmaids were Lydia Fitzjarrald, Alicia Hunter, sister of the groom, Vicki Stephenson, Joann Stacey, and Amber Novotny.
Best Man was Greg Wyatt, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Bryce Friesen, Josh Hunter, brother-in-law of the groom, Kane Rohrig, Alex Jacobs, and Jacob Wilson, brother of the bride.
The bride is a 2009 graduate of Great Bend High School. She is currently attending Bethany College, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, where she will graduate in 2011. She is employed by Bethany College, working in the financial aid department.
The groom is a 2007 graduate of the Lighthouse School and a 2009 graduate of Barton Community College where he earned his associate’s degree in Philosophy and Religion. He is currently employed by Advance Auto Parts, working at their distribution center in Salina.
The couple resides in Lindsborg.
