Greetings from the Great Bend Public Library! Today we have Genealogy Thursday at 11 am, followed by the Teen Manga and Anime Club this evening at 5:30 pm.

For April’s club meeting, we’ll be covering Dragon Ball Z by Akira Toriyama. “After years of training and adventure, Goku has become Earth’s ultimate warrior. And his son, Gohan, shows even greater promise. But the stakes are increasing as even deadlier enemies threaten the planet. A visitor from outer space arrives bearing terrible news--Goku is an alien, and the visitor, Raditz, is Goku’s brother! When Raditz turns out to be a ruthless killer, Goku must fight his incredibly strong brother to save his family and the entire human race (Amazon)!” Afterwards, we’ll duke it out in an old-school fighting game.

Tomorrow, teens can join us for Casual Game Friday at 3:45 p.m. Get ready for high-octane racing action in zero-gravity with Mario and friends in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

On Saturday we are hosting our long-awaited seed swap from 10 a.m. to noon. Gardeners of all skill levels are welcome to come get some free seeds for your garden.
