Great Bend’s American Legion Post 180 will offer an early Valentine’s Day dinner and dance on Feb. 11, and a benefit soup supper for the American Legion Baseball program on Feb. 13, according to Marianne Krallman with the American Legion Auxiliary.
Members and guests are welcome. Both events take place at the post home, located at 1011 Kansas Ave.
A rib-eye steak dinner with all the trimmings will be served Saturday, Feb. 11, starting at 5:30 p.m. The dance with TimberCreek DJ will start at 8.
The all-you-can eat benefit soup supper starts at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 13. “This is our annual American Legion Baseball Soup Supper,” Krallman said. “All proceeds go to the American Legion Baseball program.”
