On August 16th The Family Crisis Center Board unanimously voted to hire Rachel Angel as the new Executive Director.


Rachel Angel is the new executive director for the Family Crisis Center, based in Great Bend.
The Family Crisis Center Board of Directors made the appointment Tuesday.
Angel graduated from Fort Hays State University with a Master of Criminal Justice and Victimology degree. She has over 15 years of experience as an advocate and over three years of supervisory roles.
“With her communication and leadership skills over 20-some years of gainful employment, she has already opened up the relationships with other agencies in the local and surrounding communities,” a news release from the board stated.
Board President Willy Allen stated, “The Board is proud to have her in this role and look forward to the future.”
