Great Bend Police Chief Dean Akings, speaking for Crime Stoppers, released more information this week about a burglary at the Claflin Golf Course.
Someone broke into storage sheds at the golf course at 1178 NE 150 Ave. prior to 9 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 1. “The locks were cut from the sheds and taken were two golf carts and many sets of golf clubs and golf accessories,” Akings said. “Loss was $8,140.”
Evidence was collected at the scene, but law enforcement needs the public’s help to solve the crime. Anyone with information can leave an anonymous tip by calling Crime Stoppers, 792-1300, or 888-305-1300 for toll-free calls outside of Great Bend.
