Students in Great Bend USD 428’s elementary schools recently took part in the Watching Young Artists Grow exhibit. Pictured are examples of the artwork that was on display. Schools taking part included Eisenhower Elementary, Jefferson Elementary, Lincoln Elementary, Park Elementary and Riley Elementary.

“Every student in kindergarten through sixth grade has selected their best artwork for the 23rd annual Watching Young Artists Grow student art show,” said Shannon Wedel, who teaches elementary art with Miraya Starnes. “We hope that families will take a look at the wonderful artwork made this year. Mrs. Starnes and I are very proud of all our students and what they have been able to accomplish this year.”
