LARNED - Pawnee Valley Community Hospital announced Wednesday that Kim Barnes, Larned, is the winner of the 2019 Golden Ticket giveaway. The ticket was for $4,000 and Barnes plans to use the money to give back to the community in his wife’s memory.  PVCH thanks everyone that supported the Foundation past and present.
