Formal approval of expanding the welding program at Barton Community College is on the agenda for the BCC Board of Trustees meeting, set for 4 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 22, in Room F-30 of the Fine Arts Building and via Zoom.

Other items on the agenda are strategic planning; a review of current practices underway with the goal of further promoting student accessibility and public responsiveness; and personnel. Under personnel, there are two contract positions, one for a head coach for men’s soccer, and one for a director of Human Resources.
