A resolution that will allow Barton Community College to refinance its debts at a lower interest rate is on the agenda when the BCC Board of Trustees meets at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 28, in Room F-30, on the lower level of the Fine Arts Building and via Zoom. Other items on the agenda include a strategic planning report and personnel.
