The Kansas Bowhunters Association will hold its annual Bunny Hunt at Cheyenne Bottoms this weekend. Fellow archers and bowhunters of all ages are welcome to enjoy a relaxing time in the outdoors.
The formal programs of archery target shooting and Bunny Hunt will be from noon Saturday through noon Sunday, March 10-11. On Saturday night vegetable soup and/or chili will be served.
To get to the event from the U.S. 56-U.S. 281 junction (10th and Main) in Great Bend, go 6 miles north to NE 60 Road and then 1.25 miles east to camp. There will be green KBA signs with orange streamers that lead to the location up Friday afternoon.
