Ellinwood Grade School will be hosting a Scholastic Book Fair in the gym from 2 to 7 p.m. on Thursday. Students are receiving flyers regarding the event and some of the books that will be available. They are creating their wish lists during their library class time on their iPads. Flyers are also being sent home with students from St. Joseph’s School.
The Smithsonian Exhibit has been a great success at ESCL. Friday Chamber After Hours was well attended, and many amazing fans on the sidelines were recognized for all they do for our Ellinwood teams. The final event of the exhibit will be at 7 p.m. on Tuesday with Kansas Hall of Fame Director, Jordan Poland, speaking about, “The Common and Quirky Mascots of Kansas.” If you have not been in to view the exhibit, it will be available through Thursday.
