Chemical spill reported Sunday night

The Great Bend Fire Department responded to a report of a chemical leak at 11:30 p.m. Sunday in the 700 block of Patton Road.
According to the GBFD Chief Luke McCormick, an upright tank was leaking but the leak was contained to the dike around the tanks.
Employees from Copeland Oilfield arrived on scene to offload the chemical and repair a valve. No injuries were reported.
