The intersection of Eighth and Morton in Great Bend will be closed to all traffic for about three weeks starting today, Great Bend Stree Superintendent Mike Crawford said. City crews will be removing the old asphalt and street base and replacing it with concrete.

Crawford said signs are in place warning motorists in time for them to change their routes.
