Great Bend City Administrator Kendal Francis announced that his third Coffee with Kendal will be held from 7:30-9 a.m. Friday at Stoneridge County Club, 1438 24th St. Francis will buy those attending breakfast and coffee, and will be available to answer questions from the public.
